To confirm your date we require:
An authorized contract.
50% deposit due at contract signing.
2 weeks prior to your event date, the remaining 50% plus a separate Damage Deposit check of $500.00 (Damage Deposit checks are held, not cashed).
Tables and Chairs (and your set-up) are Complimentary with your rental.

BALLROOM SETUP/TEAR DOWN: $50.00/ Hour
- Rental rate for decorating, vendor set up/tear down, removal of items that customer has brought in, etc.. A venue attendant must be present to monitor.
All items brought in by client must either be removed by the client or placed into provided trash receptacles.
Carnahan Hall is responsible for sweeping floors, all cleaning, removal of trash from receptacles, and setting up/putting putting away all venue owned chairs and tables.
BALLROOM EVENT TIME:
Rental rate for “Event Time”, defined as time guests are in house and Carnahan Hall is fully staffed and in operation. Bar does not open until Event begins.
Sunday-Thursday: $150.00/Hour (2 Hour Minimum)
Friday & Saturday: $250.00/Hour (No Minimum)
$200.00/Hour (5+ Hour Minimum)
