  • 8 hours Rental Time:

  • Ballroom

  • Catering Prep Space

  • Coat Check (Includes Attendant)

  • Setup/Teardown of Client Provided or In House Decor Items. No need to worry about setting up your event - let us do it for you! Client is responsible for removing these items from the premises following the event. Any Client decorations left behind will be placed in trash.

  • Deluxe Decor Package

    • 16” Mirror Centerpieces

    • Choice of White Moroccan lanterns with flickering LED lights or one of the following vase styles with LED Waterproof Submersion Lights:

      • 9 inch cylinder or small

      • Large Vases (22”)

    • Tea lights in Glass Votives (lighted 5 minutes prior to your guests arriving)

    • Photo Booth frame with choice of backdrop

    • 12 Chauvet SlimPar 56 LED Par Can Lights (customize these to your event colors)

  • AV Package for slide shows/movies (up to three screens)

  • Sound Package

    • Includes microphones (1 wireless, 1 lapel, up to 5 corded microphones)
